I like working with kids because of their creativity and imagination. The activities, lessons, and experiences of working with children make the job a million times better. I also helped raise my niece since the day she was born because we lived together and she's 4 now and seeing her personality start shining through was the best experience. I started working with kids when I was younger. I used to babysit a lot as a kid. Then helped raise my niece(4 now) and now nephew who just turned 1. And I also work with kids ages 4-12 everyday between1-14 kids at a time. My skills include 1. Creativity- I love doing projects, arts and crafts, learning games, etc. 2. problem solving- at work there's a lot of problem solving during the day when having so many kids to work with. I feel like I handle the situation in a calm/ productive way. 3. time management- I'm great with time management and scheduling. At work we have to plan the activities and everything with the schedules we go by.
