As a childcare provider with 30 years of experience, my passion for fostering children's growth and development drives me to make a positive impact on their lives. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I establish a nurturing environment where children feel safe and loved. I prioritize open communication with parents, following their preferred methods to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. When it comes parenting style, I take cues and encourage open dialogue with the parents to ensure consistency. From years of early childhood Montessori and learning engagement experience, I engage infants and children in a variety of play that promotes physical, mental, and emotional development. With 25 years experience in academic and childhood development, as well as First Aid and CPR training, I am well-equipped to provide a safe and enriching caregiving experience. I'm excited to bring joy, laughter, love and learning to your child's life!
