About Cara

Hi! I'm Cara, a lifelong animal lover! I've been pet sitting since I was 12, & it's been a true passion ever since. Whether it's walking, feeding, playing, giving medication, or providing comfort/companionship, I take pride in treating every animal as if they were my own. One of my long-time clients had a dog named Max who only trusted me as his caregiver. I cared for him regularly when the family traveled, & also helped with plant watering & light chores. That trust & responsibility are what I strive to build with each family! I've volunteered at a local dog shelter, where I completed an 8-hr course on animal abuse prevention, confident handling, & compassionate care. I also grew up helping my mom foster dogs & raise several from puppies, including attending training classes.
