About Carah

Hi! My name is Carah, I'm 23 years old and I'm currently working as a caregiver at an assisted living facility, where I've worked for almost a year. After graduating high school, I worked as an assistant teacher at a daycare for about 6 months (then worked there over the summers) and cared for children from infants to age four. I've been babysitting for different families for about 5 years now. I am trained and certified in CPR, the Heimlich and first aid. I love creating fun games and activities for people to enjoy outside of technology, such as crafts, games, singing, cooking/baking, and outdoor activities! I am very empathetic, kind, and a great problem-solver. Jesus is my King and Savior, and I'm a devoted follower! When difficult situations present themselves, I can redirect behaviors and comfort the person I'm caring for. I am comfortable providing transportation, cooking meals, and helping with housework and homework. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your loved one!
