Caprise has worked for us for us for almost a year and we LOVE her. We are so sad to be moving out of state so we can't keep her as our nanny. She is punctual, caring, patient, knowledgeable, fun, and organized. She has taken such great care of our baby and helped around the house. If you want a specific schedule for your child she will keep to it, if you don't want to make one, she will do it for you and make sure your child gets everything they need (snacks, outdoor time, building skills, etc). She has been so flexible with our schedule which has been so nice with our baby because her nap schedule changes so often. She has been such a great sport in our small apartment with us working from home. We have felt so comfortable with her around and trust her completely. She has gotten our baby gifts, and her older sister who she doesn't even watch regularly! We consider her family & 100% recommend. Never had any financial disagreements, we just pay her the agreed upon rate.
