We only used Care.com for a couple of weeks until my dad came back home and didn't need them anymore. The caregiver, was great; Candis was kind and friendly with my dad and really take care of him. It was something that we set up more so for my own peace of mind. Candis helped keep the house tidy and made meals for him and I was glad for her to be there. I don't live with my dad so I got daily update. I do know that Candis would chat with him and go for walks with him. I think Candis really just kept the house organized while he was getting better. I really enjoyed working with the care.com office staff, they were very responsive. Everything moved very quickly, which was important to me. They seemed nice and helpful and the website seemed pretty easy to navigate when payment was due. It was a good experience for us and I would definitely recommend them.
