About Candice

Hi! My experience with animals starts very early. My mom just retired after a 40+ career at a local animal hospital in Millstadt, IL. Several days, a week growing up, I would be up at her work and loving on all the pets that were brought in, and occasionally walking some of the dogs! Sometimes we would nurse some of the tiny animals back to health, including newborn coyotes, raccoons, and cats! It was a special experience as a child. I've had dogs most of my life and also adore both cats and dogs. Most recently I've been caring for two adorable little poodles; one that is elderly and needs a lot of special care.
