About Candice

I have been a caregiver to children my whole life. I babysat as a business when young, and this has shaped most of my career choices. I have been an ABA 1:1 tutor for special needs kiddos for 13 years, worked to transform a daycare in to a preschool and was Lead teacher, I have taught gymnastics to kids, taught as a Wellness teacher at a private school for foster high school kids, and tutored adults and youth in English, Math, Biological Sciences and Exercise Sciences. I am a member of the National Tutoring Association through a recommendation from my supervisor at Chapman University, where I tutored students. I also teach freestyle dance to foster youth as part of my nonprofit, and love using dance/movement and music as break times (if permitted).
