About Candace

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping empower them to learn and grow. I truly love to cultivate a positive and fun learning environment. It is truly my passion! My experience with working with kids began with babysitting as a teenager. I pursued an undergraduate degree in psychology with a Master of Social Work to follow concentrating in children and families. I then worked in a pediatric office in integrated healthcare with children and adolescents. I also have experience working in the infant, toddler, and preschool room at a daycare center as well as working in the childcare center at a local heath club. I nannied a family with one infant for about six months as well about seven years ago. In my spare time, I like to travel, read, exercise, and spend time with friends and family.
