About Candace

Hi! I'm a caring, dependable, and patient childcare provider who genuinely enjoys working with children. I've worked at several daycares throughout the Huntsville and Athens areas, giving me hands-on experience caring for children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I'm the oldest of 8 children, so caring for kids has always been a big part of my life. I have 3 autistic siblings, which has given me personal experience understanding children who may communicate, learn, or express themselves differently. These experiences have taught me patience, flexibility, consistency, and the importance of meeting each child where they are. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and have reliable transportation. I'm happy to help with homework, meals, activities, routines, and child-related household tasks. My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I'd love the opportunity to become someone your family can trust!
