I am a career Early Childhood Educator. I have been working with children of all ages and developmental levels for over 25 years. My most recent employment was in a classroom. That experience has equipped me with an entire curriculum full of creative ways to help children reach their milestones. I believe my job as a care provider is to support the family as a whole. Parents are just as much in need of TLC as their children are. I am a loyal wife and a proud Mom of two older children (21, 15) - I can empathize with wanting to pick the perfect care provider for your children while making sure its a great match for your household. I am Infant & Child CPR/First Aid certified. I've worked with children on the Autism spectrum, speech and language delays, cognitive delays, physical challenges, sensory disorders, ADD/ADHD, and food allergies. I have known Candace for 5 years now. She was the my daughters toddler and preschool teacher from age 1/12 to age 6. I cannot imagine a more caring and devoted person to her profession. Many of the staff I have run into at preschool programs are good but they don't go that extra step to make you know that your child is in good hands. Candace is that person. The children in her class had nothing but great things to say about her as well. When Candace was promoted to a preschool class from toddlers, there was a waiting list for students moving up to make sure they were in her class. That is the kind of devotion and caring that Candace inspires. You will not find a better person in the child care department.
