About Candace

I am an honest and dependable person. I am self-motivated, conscientious and a great multi-tasker. I have a love for children. I, myself, am one of six children. I started watching my younger siblings at the age of 13. I babysat throughout high school and then gained even more child care experience by working at a Christian academy for three years. There, I worked as a resource teacher where I taught library, music and physical education to grades K-6. During those three years, I also wore a variety for other hats: as a special education aide and the after-care teacher for one year and for two years, the teacher's aide for 1st and 2nd grade.
