About Cammie

I currently work at a large assisted- living campus with a wide range of care. There are over 600 residents ranging from independent living, assisted living, dementia, and advanced stages of Alzheimer's. I work with each type of resident in many capacities. My responsibilities include: dispensing medication, transportation for medical care, meals, bathing, pet care, light cleaning; such as dishes, trash, and laundry, exercise, walks, reading puzzles, games, companion, etc. I work mornings there and two mornings a week teaching water fitness classes. I am in the process of trying to get my AZ Caregiver Certification. My past experience includes taking care of many senior men and women over the years that have become friends and family to me. I worked with a 93-year-old woman for two years transporting her for medical care, meal preparation, shopping, med. reminders & dispersion, dressing, some bathing, make-up, etc. I also assisted my elderly aunt when she was ill with cancer and my uncle with Alzheimer's, for two years.
