About Camille

Hello! My name is Camille. My geriatrics career began in the early 1990's when I became employed at Brookhaven Nursing facility where I became a certified nursing assistant through the facilities training program. My journey continued along that path for approximately 5-7 years. My nursing assistant expired in 1993, but I remained in "good standing" in the registry. My interests became set on working with children in 1995. After being gainfully employed in a variety of arenas in early childhood education for more than 15 years, I began working as a caregiver for Home Helpers. Presently, I have been a caregiver, formally and informally, for more than 10 years. I am a person driven by compassion for the elderly. It makes my heart happy and fulfilled when I know that I have provided a service to someone who was unable to do it for themselves. Seniors need someone who is first and foremost patient, compassionate, and empathetic and that person is me. Thank you in advance! Camille
