Camila started working with our family as a part-time nanny to our almost 2yo after a cross-ocean move from Seattle to Honolulu. It was a time of huge transition for our family, and Camila brought a steady hand, years of earned expertise, and laughter to our home and to our son. With her care and support he learned to navigate the playground, how to try new things safely (like scootering, climbing, and skateboarding), how to share, and so much more. Camila is endlessly creative with activities and you can tell that she truly loves spending time with kids. She also has a knack for making everything fun — even going to the potty! I always knew my son was in good hands with her. And she was also an amazing resource for me as we navigated potty training and sleep challenges. She was an invaluable partner in raising our son for nearly a year. Although our son is now in preschool, I hope she’ll continue to be part of our world for years to come.
