We hired Cameron and he did very well. Assisted in showering feeding and transfers. Cameron called out with Covid on a holiday weekend. Had to ask if he was coming back a week later when he said he wouldn’t be coming back. Left us in a very tough spot. But when he was there he did well. Just didn’t like the lack of communication on his part knowing we had him scheduled for set days.. reliability and dependability are very important to us and we depend on it.
