About Caliana

During my paid babysitting experience, I've worked as a nanny for families with varying numbers of children, ranging from two to six kids at a time. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including transportation, cooking, accommodating dietary needs, enforcing bedtime routines, assisting with school work, and organizing creative activities. Additionally, I have experience caring for children with special needs, addressing physical, mental, and health-related needs. Throughout these experiences, I've developed valuable skills in problem-solving, time management, communication, patience, creativity, and conflict management. Most importantly, I have enjoyed every experience I have had with a family, for any amount of time. Throughout my life I have always enjoyed working with kids, I am able to connect and communicate with them. These skills being one of my highest strengths I would love to have the opportunity to be able to help and impact families in a positive way.
