Hello! I am a gentle, patient, and knowledgeable tutor who loves working with students. My biggest strength as a teacher is building connections that let students feel safe, seen, and invested in the work we do together. I am currently employed as member of the English Faculty at Century College. Due to COVID-19, enrollment has dipped. In addition to teaching a couple of classes that meet on Wednesdays, I'm seeking part time tutoring opportunities. I have taught college-level English courses for seven years, and I tutored math, science, and English for three years in undergrad. While I've mostly worked with students aged 15 and above, I have the skills to work with students of all ages and abilities. Using my teaching experience, subject matter expertise, and gentle demeanor, I love to work with students and help them succeed!
