About Caleb

Hi! My name is Caleb, and I'm 23 years old. I first developed interest in childcare when I was 16, following the birth of my brother. Little did I know, he would turn my world around! Witnessing his personality develop is a remarkable experience. Now, 7 years later, I am passionate about supporting the social and emotional development of children. I have job experience as a nanny and also as an RBT. I believe that, although children require adult support in their development and learning, they can also teach us just as much! My approach to childcare is rooted in fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and of course having fun along the way! I do this by engaging with each child according to their current stage of development, and encouraging growth that is unique to them. In my free time, I love reading Star Wars books, playing and watching sports, and hanging out with my wife. I can also provide more references as necessary!
