About Caitlyn

I'd describe my personality as active, creative, and loving. I like working with kids because they bring so much joy into peoples lives and it is so fun to watch how kids think and develop on their own as they grow up! I'm looking for a job that I can help out a family in need of help or just wants a date night without the kiddos! I started working with kids when I was growing up, I am the second oldest of 7 kids with big age gaps between us. I watched my siblings a lot when I was younger. Now I am the lead for nursery at my church and work childcare before and after services! In my spare time, I like to color, bible study, hang out with friends and family, picnic/outside time. My skills include coming up with creative games, understanding when a child is frustrated or upset (in other words, patient), I understand that everyday is a new day with a child and you should always make it count.
