Hi my name is Caitlyn and I am an experienced career nanny. I have experience working in a daycare, live-in positions, and have been with several families over the years both full-time, part-time and occasional date nights. I have worked with infants as young as 4 months and up to 12 years old. I am comfortable with several children at one time. I love building connections with the children I work with and watching them meet milestones, learn and grow. My philosophy as a nanny and caregiver is that we are a team! I am here for you as a parent as much as I am here for the kids. If it's a stressful week I am more than happy to help around the house, run errands, take the dog on a walk, etc. I am super organized and love to tidy up. Whatever you need don't be afraid to ask! Life gets chaotic, especially with ever changing little ones. I currently work full time caring for a 5-month-old boy with a wonderful family from 8am-4 p.m. in MDR but I am open to occasional date nights!

My three boys loved Caitlyn and were so sad that she moved. Caitlyn was always reliable and on time. She always did crafts and thought of creative ways to keep my boys entertained while still working with them on their development. Would definitely recommend and would rehire in a heartbeat if I could.
