Caitlin joined our family in June of 2023 when our daughter was 15 months old and has been amazing nanny since day 1. Caitlin is extremely reliable and communicative - always here early and gave us ample notice if she needed a schedule change. She is very patient with our growing toddler and is genuinely invested in her personal growth/development. She was consistently checking in with us on our parenting methodology to make sure she was aligned and reinforcing our preferred practices around tantrums, picky eating and sleeping routines. Caitlin is always up for an adventure! Whether it was the zoo, museum, play gyms - our daughter never had a dull day. She is also a great cook/baker and was always willing to help us keep our freezer stash of toddler meals stocked. Our daughter is joining daycare in March and our only hesitation was losing Caitlin! But she is part of our family now and we fully expect to keep in touch for future date nights. We're so grateful for Titi (as my daughter who loves her calls her) and would recommend her for anyone looking for childcare.
