Hi, I'm Caitlin. I'm genuine and enthusiastic, with over 15 years of childcare experience. I'm passionate about creating safe, structured, and joyful environments where children feel seen, supported, and confident as they grow. I'm intentionally invested in supporting healthy emotional development, especially during early childhood when attachment, regulation, and coping skills are forming. I bring patience, warmth, and consistency to help children feel secure and understood. I hold a college degree, an CPR certified and have supported families both in full-time nanny roles alongside long-term professional employment.
