About Caitlin

Hi Care. com families, I'm an experienced career nanny and early childhood professional who loves supporting children and families in a variety of ways. I have over 10 years of experience with a background that includes long-term nannying and teaching in early childhood classrooms and higher education. Families describe my approach as nurturing, academically rich, and developmentally thoughtful, more like a private educator than a traditional caregiver. My education in child development and psychology helps me bring both knowledge and warmth to my caregiving. I enjoy working closely with parents to create routines that bring play, connection, and peace of mind into daily life. This is a profession I've built with intention, and I'm invested in elevating the field from the inside out. I would be delighted to partner with your family to create a nurturing and joyful environment where your child can grow with confidence.
