About Caitlin

I'd describe my personality as caring, dependable and honest. I like working with kids because they have a beautiful way of looking at the world. Working with children really has taught me how to slow down and appreciate the smallest of moments each day. I've babysat throughout my life and started consistently working with kids when I was in college! In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends. My husband and I love skiing in the winter and kayaking in the warmer months. One thing you should know about me is I will love your kiddos! I take my role as a caregiver seriously and will do everything in my power to make your kids feel loved and seen. I value an open and comfortable relationship with parents as I feel the best way to care for children is when we are working as a team! My skills include communication, patience and creativity.
