About Caitlin

Experience: 6 yrs

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I have had experience with caregiving for over 10 years. I've done spontaneous and consistent babysitting and was a live in nanny for a few years. My approach to caregiving is to lead with curiosity and play, to encourage creativity and awe. Above all, it is my responsibility to show these little humans how to be treated with respect and kindness. When I'm not working, you can find me with my little ones exploring somewhere in nature or playing with crafts!
