Hi! I am a 37-year-old Music Educator who has been teaching and taking care of young children for 12+ years. Two years ago my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and my life changed completely. My family and I live with and care for my mom full time as she progresses through this disease and I personally have learned so much. My mom attends the Franklin Senior Center in the Sunshine room and it has absolutely changed hers and my life. I love seeing her thrive and have loved participating in this world of companionship, love and caring for someone in a new light. As much as I love working with children I feel that I have so much love for elderly people that I want to share with another family.
