About Caitlin

Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am 24 years old. A little bit about my experience: I am currently employed full-time at a therapeutic after-school program for kiddos 7-18 while working to obtain my Master's degree in Social Work. My first babysitting job was at age 16 through Care. com and I have had countless since then. I have always had a love for spending time with kids... so much that I chose a career in it! Aside from my extensive experience as a babysitter and now a youth support worker at my current job, I have a vast amount of knowledge regarding early childhood development. Both of my degrees have taught me how to interact with and support youth in a positive manner that supports their growth and wellbeing. I am bubbly, talkative, and would like to think that I can connect with children/teens of all personalities and identities.
