About Caitlin

I have been in childcare for 10 years, and specialize in working with multiple children. I was a nanny/household manager with one consistent family for over 3 years while helping other families throughout the week. As a nanny/household manager, I helped manage their monthly family calendar, school schedules, sports drop off/pick ups, grocery shopping, organizing and running birthday parties, and keeping homes running smoothly. I know how to juggle routines, stay organized, and make sure everything flows while the kids are happy and cared for. I have worked with children of all ages, as young as 6 weeks old to as old as 12 years old. I love planning activities and routines, and love helping reset the house during naptime and throughout the day. I love spending time outside, going on walks, teaching, crafts, reading stories, and science experiments!
