About Caitlin

I'm a nurturing and responsible caregiver with a passion for helping children learn and grow. As a naturally patient and calm individual, I provide a stable and supportive environment for children to thrive. I am heavily involved in the arts, and love to do crafts with kids. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparency and open dialogue. I provide written daily reports and am always available to discuss any concerns or questions parents may have. I understand the importance of following the parents' preferred communication method and respect their privacy. With two years of experience caring for children of various ages, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously. My educational background includes some college, including early childhood education classes, which has further enriched my understanding of child development.
