Caitlin is an excellent babysitter. Look no further, we have hired to watch our 3 little kids on date nights for the last few years. We have also hired her to house sit and watch our dogs, cat and plants on multiple occasions. The kids love her and get way too excited about Mom and Dad leaving the house. She exceeds our expectations every time we hire her, don't know how she does it. In the words of my children, "she's the best babysitter ever!". And my wife and I totally agree.
