About Caitlin

I'm an infant lead teacher at a daycare, where I care for young infants and help create a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for little ones to grow. In my current role, I care for multiple children at once, which helped me develop strong multitasking skills, patience, attentiveness, and the ability to meet each child's individual needs. Although I'm newer to the childcare field, I bring several years of hospitality and customer service experience that helped me tremendously. Working in hospitality taught me the importance of communication, responsibility, remaining calm in chaos, and making people feel welcomed. I've always loved children, and being around them brings me much happiest. I love watching their personalities develop and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand how important it is for parents to find someone they can trust with their children. I want families to feel confident and at ease knowing their little ones are in caring, capable hands!
