About Caitlin

Hi! I'm Caitlin, an experienced childcare professional and early childhood educator with 10+ years of experience caring for infants through elementary-age children. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies and have worked as a teacher, curriculum coordinator, and interim director. I'm nurturing, patient, dependable, and creative. I love creating fun, age-appropriate activities through play, books, art, music, movement, and outdoor exploration. I have a strong background in child development and social-emotional learning and enjoy helping children build confidence and independence. I'm comfortable with daily routines, meals, naps, diapering/toileting, school transitions, homework, and keeping children engaged. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have my California Substitute Teaching License. I always strive to create a safe, positive environment while respecting each family's routines and parenting style.
