About Caitlin Ann

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, honest and dependable I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue making a positive impact in children's lives while allowing me to finish my college courses. I started working with kids when I was still in high school. I started off working as an after school group leader and continued on to become an infant lead caregiver, as well as a preschool teacher. I have over 10 years of experience working directly with children ages 7 and under. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. Things I enjoy include: watching my sons baseball games, hiking, going to the beach, and going to support UH athletics! My skills include creating a safe environment that children can learn through observation and play, helping a child understand and express their feelings, wants, and/or dislikes appropriately, and boosting children's self esteem with positive words and actions!
