About Caitlin

I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic, and responsible. I like working with kids because I want to make a positive impact, foster growth, and experience the unique joy and fulfillment that comes from working with kids. I started working with kids in middle school and have continued to do so into the present. I have been a babysitter for multiple families in California where I am from. I also worked and eventually managed a summer camp at a lake for about 2-3 years. I currently work as a clinical assistant in a pediatrics department as well. In my spare time, I like to exercise as I am a collegiate athlete. I enjoy the outdoors and like camping and hiking! I love to cook, but I love baking even more. I also enjoy watching a good movie to relax. My skills include first aid and CPR certification, problem solving, and resilience.
