I am a professional Behavioral Health Worker with 1 year of experience in supervising and managing behaviorally challenged and emotionally disturbed children/adolescents within a therapeutic milieu. I have provided one-on-one support and intervention when required including behavior modification techniques and proactive strategies to stabilize the child or adolescent as outlined in the service plan, and accept additions to caseload as assigned. Supported the family and school personnel in their efforts to stabilize the child by providing information, guidance, modeling and counseling.
