Cailee is WONDERFUL with my 4 year old and 7 month old boys! She follows instructions for the baby really well and takes initiative with both kids. She has taken both of them out to the aquarium and also has taken my older son and niece to the zoo. She also helps me with light clean up and dishes, which is great in reducing the bottles I wash at night. Highly recommend Cailee!
