About Caidance

Hello, my name is Caidance. I am 20 years old and have had experience in this industry since I was 15 I also worked in a local daycare and started perusing an associates degree in Psychology wanting to major in child development and family. My style of teaching is more learning based. I enjoy playing pretend, teaching developmental skills, outside play, and learning to help and grow through compassion and patience. I am very patient and have a strong love of making sure your child/children feel comfortable and understood. I understand children's needs and how to make them feel safe. I have reliable transportation, my BLS which is a mix of Basic Life Skills and CPR certification as I was in medical field for about a year. I am comfortable around pets and also have a love for housekeeping and cooking if needed. I hope to make wonderful connections and memories with your family!
