Caemlyn is one of the absolute best, most responsible caregivers we’ve ever encountered. Our family has been truly blessed by her. We’ve worked with Caemlyn for several years. Throughout all this time, she has been consistently fantastic with communication, conscientiousness, punctuality, sustaining an attentive, attuned presence with our kids (she is able to engage them consistently for 1/2 day + shifts without using screens at all!), being an instigator of their joyous, imaginative play, and in her ability and willingness to foster opportunities for our kids to learn new skills, such as cooking and baking, arts and crafts, trips to various museums, cleaning up after themselves (like sorting and putting away their toys and clean clothes), and so much more. Caemlyn has a calm demeanor which helps steady our kids steady when they become emotionally dysregulated. She has an excellent way of enforcing house rules which melds kindness and assertiveness. I really could say so much more about Caemlyn…You can’t go wrong entrusting your kids in her care. It’s amazing how much my wife and I can really “unplug” when she is with our kids - it’s because we know how incredibly safe and secure they are with her!
