I have been babysitting since I was 11 years old. I've cared for individuals of all ages - ranging from newborns to teens to adults with special needs. I'm pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education & will graduate at the end of the Spring 2025 semester. I was a preschool teacher for 2 years before I started working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in September of 2023. Working as an RBT has given me a lot of experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. While I have mainly been working with children with Autism for the past year, ABA therapy techniques are great for helping all children reach important developmental milestones. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I love forming strong connections with the families I work for - please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

I hired Caeli to care for my 11 year old special needs son. She has been passionate, patient, understanding and VERY dependable! She is sweet, kind, and responsible. I felt very comfortable with her ability to care for my son who has Autism, ADHD, and seizure disorder. She met my son at the bus everyday and was never late getting him. I definitely recommend Caeli to anyone looking for a reliable and great sitter!
