With four years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, from toddlers to preteens. I take the time to understand each child's needs and interests, and I tailor my activities and care accordingly. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love coming up with fun and educational games and activities to keep children engaged. I keep parents updated on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through regular text or phone updates. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and always respect their wishes and guidelines.
