About Cadence

Hello! My name is Cadence, and I am a full time college student in Richmond. I will be home in Yorktown from May to July, and would love the opportunity to work with your family! I have strong skills in childcare, as I have worked at a daycare, volunteered often, and tutored students ranging from K-12. Through these experiences, I gained invaluable insights into child development, honing my ability to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment. I organized interactive games and activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under my care. Additionally, my experience as a tutor has equipped me with the skills to provide personalized academic support, assist with homework, and adapt my teaching approach to accommodate different learning styles.
