About Bryan

Writing I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a strong background in supporting children and individuals in crisis. Growing up, I helped care for and babysit my four younger siblings, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create a safe and nurturing environment. For the past year and a half, I've worked at a crisis residential unit, where I've developed strong communication and de-escalation skills. This experience has taught me how to remain calm under pressure, understand individual needs, and respond with patience and empathy. I'm currently working toward obtaining my RBT certification so I can further develop my skills in working with children on the autism spectrum. I'm passionate about helping children feel understood, supported, and comfortable while encouraging their growth and independence. I'm patient, attentive, and able to build trusting relationships with those in my care.
