About Bruce
Experience: 10 yrs
I've been caring for children since I was 15 years old, starting in New Orleans. Now in my 30s I've had over a decade of experience here in New York City. I've worked with children ranging from toddlers to teenagers, including those with special needs, and have supported families all across Manhattan. I'm reliable, warm, and flexible, and I pride myself on being fully present with the children I care for-whether helping with schoolwork, creating imaginative games, or navigating busy schedules. I'm also a Broadway performer, which gives me a unique ability to connect with kids through creativity, patience and storytelling. In addition to my artistic background, I'm an Eagle Scout trained in CPR, First Aid, swimming, boating, and emergency response. I'm calm under pressure, take safety seriously and always show up with a positive attitude and a readiness to help. I'd love to support your family; helping your children feel safe and have fun!
