Hi Mom & Dad! I have 3 1/2 years of paid and volunteer experience helping struggling readers achieve grade-level literacy. In my private business, I tutor using Orton-Gillingham-based multisensory phonics programs. I am experienced in tutoring the Barton Reading & Spelling System, and I am also certified as a tutor in Tattum Reading. In addition, I have trained in other O-G programs, including Wilson Reading System and Lindamood-Bell. I am patient and supportive with struggling readers, but also focused, persistent, and successful in achieving results. If your child is exhibiting symptoms of dyslexia, or just struggling or behind grade-level in reading and writing, let's discuss how I can help. I recommend three 50-minute sessions per week. My rate is $40 per session, with progressive discounts for packages of 20, 40, 60 sessions. I'm happy to provide testimonials from parents on request.
