I do, however, hold a few years' experience in managing a kitchen for an Independent Living Community with respect to dietary needs, preference and nutrition. My approach is compassionate and friendly, ensuring that your loved ones feel heard and valued. I am skilled at redirecting attention and de-escalating stressful situations, which helps me manage confusion or behavioral changes with patience. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to make daily life easier.
