About Brooke

I'd describe my personality as playful, grounded, and very loving. I'm looking for a job that is flexible but consistent. One that feels aligned in values and feels reciprocal for both the family and myself! I started working with kids when I was 19, so about 5 years ago. I started nannying a 3-month-old all the way up to 2 years old. I used to babysit as a teen. My siblings also have little kids now, so I get lots of practice and care-taking time with them too! In my spare time, I teach yoga & study acupuncture One thing you should know about me is I am very respectful and gentle. I will take care of your space and your child like I would my own. I care very deeply about my work and am a person of high integrity. My skills include supervising play and safety. I was CPR certified when I first became a baby sitter. I'm also very big on attuning to child's need and ability to help in emotional co-regulation. I also deeply value the ability to remain calm and offer great patience!
