About Brooke

I'd describe my personality as energetic, engaging, curious, and creative. I've worked with kids since I myself was a child and stepped into a my first gig as a "mother's helper." I'm inspired by the curiosity, honesty, and boldness of children! My first job in college was at daycare center in a large gym, caring for children from 6 months - 12 years of age. Over the years, I've also tutored students in both school studies and instrumental studies (Suzuki violin), as well as been a teaching assistant at an art museum summer camp. In my spare time, I like to oil paint, hike, spend time with loved ones, and read. Beyond typical babysitting skills, I particularly enjoy tutoring and homework helping, creating arts & crafts, and helping children who are learning string instruments!
