About Brooke

Hi! I'm Brooke, a caring, patient childcare professional with 13+ years of experience caring for children from infancy through the teen years. I've worked as a nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, and mentor, giving me experience with many ages, personalities, and needs. I've cared for infants and toddlers in daycare/preschool settings, and I currently provide individualized care for a nonverbal autistic child, supporting communication, routines, sensory regulation, and development. I've also tutored and mentored children in grades 1-5 and served as a Resident Assistant in college, supporting students with academics, wellbeing, conflict resolution, and daily life. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, respected, encouraged, and cared for. I'm patient, creative, attentive, and comfortable creating structure while making time for play and fun. I'm also tidy and organized, with professional housecleaning experience, and happy to help keep children's spaces clean.
