Hi! Im a 20-year-old looking for additional hours here and there outside of my full time nanny position :) I'm more than happy to help out with Pickup/drop-off and household tidying. I love organizing so if you have any random projects that require attention to detail I am your girl! I have plenty of experience caring for kiddos of all ages and personality types. I am super flexible and go with the flow but can also follow a tight schedule. My twin sister is deaf and has a cranial facial condition, making me a fluent ASL speaker. Having a sister who has a disability has given me a lot of experience and perspective surrounding diversity. I do well in high stress situations due to my experience with deaf, neurodivergent children, and kiddos on the spectrum.
